Our Management

Mr. Ramdas Shanbhag - A qualified Graduate having rich industry experience spanning over four decades in plastic processing, engineering, financial accounting and administration. He is the promoter and founder member of the company who ensures production and timely delivery of quality products to customers. 

Mr. Nayan Shanbhag - A qualified Engineer with M.S.(Manufacturing Engineering) from University of Manchester (U.K.), Bachelor (Mechanical Engineering), along with M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business. He is well versed with CAD-CAM, E-Manufacturing technologies, and Web programming. He is also a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & OHSAS 18001. He has more than 10 years of work experience, including work stints even in the U.K., and is today the key person of the company handling new product development, customer interaction and product marketing research. 

Ms. Sweta Shanbhag - A qualified Chartered Accountant with a decade of working experience in various fields like financial accounting, taxation and audits. She steers activities related to manufacturing costing, invoicing, taxation, and audits. 

Mr. Gurudas Shanbhag - A qualified Graduate in Textiles with over four decades of experience in Textile and Forging Industries. He takes care of complete production, quality assurance, inventory, and deliveries of the goods. 

Mr. Krishnanand Shanbhag - A qualified Commerce graduate with almost three decades of work experience in Cost Accounting, Taxation, Banking, Logistics, and Supply chain management. He has a diploma in Business Administration and Computer Programming, and manages activities related to cost accounting, company finances, legal aspects, material purchase and supplier development.
